Ginger Cat is back and powered up!
This year as well, we used fresh new ginger from Yamazaki Ginger Farm from Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture, and a rare citrus bushukan that has been passed down in Shimanto.
Freshly harvested ginger and bushukan, which has a scent reminiscent of oysters, create a refreshing harmony. The scent of fresh ginger, light acidity, and minerality blend easily on your tongue. It goes perfectly with food and can be especially enjoyed with seafood dishes and Japanese dishes. Recommended is oden.

Ginger Cat
This mead is made with fresh ginger from Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture. It is characterized by a fresh aroma and pungent taste that is typical of fresh ginger, and you can feel the ginger.
Along with a crisp and refreshing feeling, it warms the body from the inside out. We recommend pairing it with Japanese cuisine that makes the most of the flavors of the ingredients and dishes that use ginger, such as simmered fish.
The label features "Hachimitsu," a kitten that wandered into ANTELOPE and was taken care of by Shun. The cat's hands resemble ginger, which is why cats are sometimes called gingers in English-speaking countries. It is a lucky cat mead that brings good fortune.
