We are writing to announce a recall of all units of our product "Natsumero" (watermelon and salt mead).

<Reason for Recall>
Following repeated tasting, we have detected microbial off-flavors (specifically compounds like acetylpyrroline, commonly referred to as "mouse taint"). Although the product undergoes heat treatment, we suspect contamination occurred during the bottling process, via an alternative production line, or perhaps during transit under abnormally high temperatures.

With our customers' satisfaction as our top priority, we have decided to recall all products.
