The SANAGI series is ANTELOPE's project to cultivate what will become our "future classics." Centered on domestically produced honey, it is about carefully building up the flavors we believe in now, without rushing toward completion. Each bottle of SANAGI is like a "chrysalis" on its way to becoming a staple.

The strength of mead lies not only in its taste but also in the wide range of its alcohol content. That is why we have prepared three different ABV levels for this release: 4%, 8%, and 12%. Being able to choose the right one for your mood, physical condition, or the occasion is what we believe is the true charm of mead.

The second release, "SANAGI 8 - Ao," has an alcohol content of 8% and uses Japanese spicebush (kuromoji) and lime in addition to domestic honey. It offers more than just the fresh, vibrant aroma of kuromoji and lime; the subtle astringency extracted through different methods adds depth to the flavor profile. Enjoy it with chocolate, spices, ethnic dishes, or any meal with a bit of a kick, and find your own perfect pairing.
