A gorgeous mead made with peaches from Abe Farm in Niigata Prefecture and freshly picked rose geraniums from Mr. Iiri in Shiga Prefecture. From the moment it is poured into the glass, it releases a floral bouquet, followed by a crisp acidity and a translucent flavor profile.
