DEEPSEEK - Kiwi - / Kiwi mead aged in bourbon barrels
＜Product Description＞
This mead, characterized by its intense sweetness, was aged for six months in bourbon barrels before being blended with an abundance of New Zealand kiwis and further matured.
The green aroma of the kiwi gradually fades away through the pores of the barrel, leaving behind a lingering acidity on the finish and the essence of the kiwi's core. While it may seem complex, the flavor profile is relatively simple.
We also recommend enjoying this alongside our " DEEPSEEK - Honey," which was aged during the same period without any additional ingredients.
