＜Product Description＞
Mr. Shiomi, a beekeeper in Tenryu, Hamamatsu, says that capturing the unique flavor of the land in honey is incredibly difficult. Yet, contrary to his words, Mr. Shiomi’s honey possesses a distinct flavor that only he can create.
Aurea is a word that signifies the value of something that shines like gold. Japanese honey holds a special flavor nurtured by the Japanese soil, and beekeepers capable of expressing this are treasures of Japan. Aurea 13 is a mead that pairs with Aurea 31. It has a light flavor inspired by the morning.
