Our cherry-based Antelope Sling is on hiatus due to continued shortages of cherries. However, since we really want something to drink in the summer heat, we’ve created a Pineapple and Coconut Antelope Sling. It’s yellow, so we simply call it "Yellow."

With its subtly sweet pineapple nuance and coconut aroma, it puts you in a real "on-the-beach" mood.

Enjoy it ice-cold or poured over ice—it might just be the perfect drink for this summer.

As for this batch of mead, bottling is complete and we are just waiting for the labels to arrive. According to the data, the labels should be here on the 22nd, so we have set the earliest shipping date for Friday the 23rd, but we will let you know if there are any delays!!

〈Singapore to Yasu〉

This summer, instead of a Singapore Sling, let’s drink a Piña Colada! That was the inspiration for this yellow version of our Antelope Sling. The sweet aroma of pineapple and coconut against the vibrant yellow color is truly cool.

Naturally, when you think of Singapore, you think of the Merlion, so we kept the label design as is.
Incidentally, it seems Singapore is taking some time to recover economically due to the pandemic, but I hope to visit the Raffles Hotel bar one day and taste the real cocktail myself. ❀

〈Tasting Note〉
8% ABV, featuring a smooth sweetness with a bitter finish. History has already proven that pineapple and coconut are a perfect aromatic combination. We’ve given it a slightly fuller body so it can be enjoyed with ice or even over ice cream for a tropical experience.
Enjoy your summer with some mead! 🔱

〈Mead making〉
Primary fermentation using a mix of pineapple and honey. The coconut is lightly toasted before being steeped in the fermentation tank. We steeped the coconut again toward the end of fermentation, keeping the process as light as possible.
After fermentation, the mead was racked, pasteurized, and then bottled.

〈Naming〉
The yellow version of the Antelope Sling.
It’s a bit confusing because while the original is inspired by a Singapore Sling, this one is inspired by a Piña Colada. But it is the second mead to carry our company name.
