"I wanted something that would explain mead in a way that was as easy to understand as possible." That idea was realized in the creation of the mead textbook zine "New Mead Vol. 1."
It's a 30-page book packed with my thoughts, including the cover. I've tried to keep it as simple as possible, but still pack in all the interesting things about mead.
