This is a sweet mead aged for six months in bourbon barrels.
We challenged ourselves to see how complex a flavor we could create using only honey, without any additional ingredients. It is a golden liquid with a high alcohol content of 14%, a rich sweetness, and a subtle acidity. It is also excellent when warmed to about 38°C (100°F).
Please note that the barrels used may be subject to change without notice.
※Please store the bottle upright, not on its side.
