Color Shift / Awamori Barrel-Aged Mead
＜Product Description＞
Developed in collaboration with shimmer, a project where producers, researchers, and retailers work in unison to create experimental awamori. We aged a simple mead in barrels previously used by Kamimura Distillery to age their awamori.
The aroma is led by the wooden barrels, but the scent of awamori emerges through the nose, followed by honey, allowing you to experience the fascination of barrel aging in the long finish. It is a liquor that blends the character of both awamori and mead.
This bottle is packed with the charm that only a mead robust enough for aging can provide.
Each bottle comes in its own gift box.
