A bottle with a nostalgic, gentle sweetness. A sparkling mead crafted primarily from honey, yeast, and water, without the use of fruits or spices.

Its subtle malty nuance is sometimes described as reminiscent of beer.

Our most popular mead. Inspired by a gin and tonic, it offers a complex, cocktail-like aroma and flavor, layering the distinctive scent of juniper berries—a botanical used in gin—with the refreshing citrus notes of lime.

3. "DEEPSEEK - Apple Pie - | Apple Pie Mead"
A mead made with an abundance of apples from Yamashita Fruit Farm in Nagano. Inspired by apple pie, it was fermented with apples and spices simmered together.

We added extra cinnamon during fermentation, which actually made it taste a bit like cola! It was then aged for a long time in barrels. It's like a spiced pie, and it's perfect for winter when served slightly warmed.

4."Acerglyn - Honey & Maple - | Maple Syrup Mead"
Acerglyn is a style of mead made with maple syrup. While there are recipes that use only maple syrup, this one is made with a one-to-one ratio of honey and maple syrup.

We added a touch of vanilla to create a warm, inviting aroma.
