This is the first collaboration between SANAGI and Tokigawa Town's Teenage Brewing. We used citrus from Tokigawa Town and herbs from Iiri Farm in the neighboring town. The spicy scent of shell ginger forms the base, harmoniously intertwined with Japanese ingredients.
