The SANAGI series is ANTELOPE's project to cultivate "the classics of the future." Using domestic honey as our foundation, we are carefully building the flavors we believe in, without rushing the process. Each bottle of SANAGI is like a "chrysalis"—in a state of transformation on its way to becoming a classic.

The strength of mead lies not only in its flavor, but also in the wide range of its alcohol content. That is why we have prepared three different levels for this release: 4%, 8%, and 12%. Being able to choose the right one for your mood, physical condition, or the occasion—"this one for today"—is, I believe, the true charm of mead.

The third installment, "SANAGI 12 - Supper," is a 12% ABV mead made exclusively with domestic honey, characterized by its acidity and dry finish. Using the same ingredients and fermentation method as "SANAGI 4 - Mini," we have significantly altered the flavor profile to create a drink that pairs easily with food. It is a bottle designed to showcase the richness of mead beyond just its sweetness.
