When the first signs of spring appear, Miyamoto Farm in Uwajima begins harvesting blood oranges. While blood oranges are often a blend of two varieties, we intentionally processed each variety separately using the same method to focus on the unique qualities of each. This one is the deeply colored Moro variety.
