A・P 2025 Early Harvest / Mead made with PAPA◯FARM grapes

<Product Description>
Naturally cultivated grapes from PAPA◯FARM were laid over honey on the very day of harvest and underwent carbonic maceration. After primary fermentation, the mead was aged in wine barrels.
Part of the 2025 grape harvest was picked early to create two types of mead. This year’s early-harvest grapes are visibly plump, resulting in a powerful and vibrant profile. We increased the production volume slightly compared to 2024. It possesses a bewitching quality unique to barrel aging and spontaneous fermentation.
