＜Product Description＞

A mead that celebrates late summer, featuring "Natsukko" peaches from Abe Farm in Niigata and two types of fresh thyme from Iiri Farm in Shiga. We used peaches ranging from early harvest to the very last of the season, and the herbal combination to enhance their aroma was designed by Solan from NOMURA SHOTEN.

In a world where mixology is trending, this is a product that aims for an exciting and scientific deliciousness through mead as well. As long as we are in Japan and able to savor the four seasons, I want to keep creating products thoughtfully designed for each one, which is why I gave it a seasonal name.
