＜Product Description＞
It was early summer at the brewery when fully ripened mangoes arrived from Star Fruits in Miyazaki. We brewed this batch together with fans who gathered to help us create a barrel-aged mead.
It spent about six months aging in red wine barrels. While the flavor was quite sharp at the start, time transformed it, softening the acidity and mouthfeel.
Perhaps thanks to the lactic acid fermentation, it has an aura reminiscent of a mango lassi; it might even be delicious mixed with milk. Of course, it’s also great served hot.
