What does it mean to be authentic?
The citrus grown by Mr. Miyamoto in Uwajima holds the answer.
Made using 100% "Moro" blood oranges harvested in February 2023. We brewed this without adding any water, using only Spanish orange honey and blood orange juice. It was then bottled after a total of one and a half years of barrel aging in bourbon and red wine barrels.
The rich fruitiness and long aging result in a powerful mead that stands up to any dish.
We recommend savoring it slowly over ice.
*When storing, please ensure the bottle is kept in anupright position, not lying down.
