＜Product Description＞
This beverage combines early summer honey harvested in Hamamatsu City by Mr. Shiomi with pan-fired tea meticulously grown in the same region by Mr. Atsumi. We gently blended these two gifts of nature, allowed them to undergo natural fermentation, and aged them slowly in wooden barrels.
The liquid glows with a deep golden hue, layering the toasted aroma of tea leaves with the fresh, fruity notes of honey. We have expressed Mr. Atsumi's philosophy of "agriculture completed by human sensibility" through this honey-tea fermented wine.
The label was designed by Richard.
