＜Product Description＞

A mead brewed using Japanese black tea from the foothills of Mt. Fuji for the brewing water.

The tea leaf selection was supervised by "Chawari" in Meguro, Tokyo, and we worked together throughout the entire process, from visiting the tea fields to the brewing itself. We used an abundance of two types of black tea with different firing levels, specially prepared for this Honey Tea Mead by the fifth-generation master, Shigebei Honda, using the Yabukita cultivar grown at the Mt. Fuji Marumo Tea Garden.

The powerful aroma of the black tea intertwines complexly with notes of ripe mango and peach derived from the honey. This bottle brings out the best of Shigebei-san, who dreams of remaining in the factory as an AI in the future, and the team at Chawari who support that vision.
