Kumiko, who had been growing blueberries using completely natural farming methods near our factory for a long time, made 2024 her final harvest and passed the baton to the next generation.
We have used up all the blueberries we purchased for Space Q and this Shuka - Seed Fruit release.
This is truly the last time we will ever use Kumiko's blueberries.
We paired them with peanuts grown by Bocchi in Chiba Prefecture. They have a strong message of "connecting the future of peanuts" and practice organic peanut cultivation. It has been over three years since we first met.
We have tried expressing a popular American style using domestic ingredients.
〈Tasting Note〉
Deep amber color. Aromas of blueberries, warmed whiskey, and peanuts with a hint of powderiness. It has sweetness, but a high alcohol content leaves a clean finish. You could also add maple syrup and warm it up a little.
