Bergamot, peach, and apple.This time, we’ve crafted it to be just a little sweeter and a little stronger.

The moment you pour it into a glass, the scent of bergamot wafts gently upward.Thanks to the peach and apple, the fragrance isn't sharp, but spreads out softly.The flavor offers a pleasant harmony between the rounded sweetness of peach and apple and the subtle bitterness of bergamot.

The liquid is as clear as soft sunlight.It carries the hues of a morning in the Seto Inland Sea, like light dancing on the water.

This bergamot was grown in Mr. Nose’s orchard in Onomichi.We prepared this batch while imagining that very view overlooking the Seto Inland Sea from high on the hill.

A place where the breeze blows through and people naturally gather.We hope this mead becomes a bridge that connects people to one another.
