The SANAGI series is ANTELOPE's way of cultivating what will become our "future classics." Centered on domestic honey, it is about carefully layering the flavors we believe in today, without rushing to reach the final product.

Each bottle of SANAGI is like a "chrysalis" in the process of becoming a staple.

The strength of mead lies not only in its flavor, but also in its wide range of alcohol content. That is why, this time, we have prepared three different alcohol levels: 4%, 8%, and 12%. We believe the true appeal of mead is the freedom of choice—being able to choose the right one for "today" based on your mood, physical condition, or the occasion.

The first release, "SANAGI 4 - Mini," is a sweet and tart mead with 4% alcohol, made exclusively with domestic honey. We designed it to be light and catchy while still undergoing a complex fermentation process, so that even those who are not fond of alcohol can experience the charm of fermentation.
