Flower | Plum and Japanese Herb Mead

＜Product Description＞
We received three interesting items of the season from Iiri Farm, a neighboring farm that also grows Japanese herbs. These are Japanese chasteberry, crested lamsmin, and rose geranium. We combined these with Japanese plums from Wakayama to create a style of mead known as Metheglin, with a distinctively Japanese character. While this style has a long history of being used for its medicinal properties, its scent, color, and perception change depending on the region. This is our own personal interpretation.
