SANAGI 4 - Mini (4%): Made exclusively with mandarin orange honey from Yohoya in Shizuoka. Sweet, tart, and light, this is a catchy bottle that even those who aren't fond of alcohol can enjoy. Experience the charm of fermentation with ease.

SANAGI 8 - Ao (8%): Crafted with honey harvested in Futamata, infused with spicebush (kuromoji) from Shimane and lime from Awaji Island. Its fresh aroma and subtle bitterness invite you to discover new pairings with more complex dishes.

SANAGI 12 - Supper (12%): Using the same ingredients and fermentation method as "Mini" but with a dramatically different profile, this mead features notable acidity and dryness. Enjoy the richness of mead beyond its sweetness as a perfect companion to a meal.

The glass features a wider opening than a standard champagne flute to capture the delicate aromas of domestic honey. It is a commemorative item engraved with the date of our anniversary.

The pin badges feature our three former staple meads: "This is it," "What Churchill Said," and "The Last Supper." These were created to commemorate the major milestone year when we transitioned from Myanmar honey to using domestic honey.
