This is the first craft beer released by ANTELOPE.

It is the first installment in our "Gout" series, crafted with the motto: "A beer so good you'd risk a gout flare-up just to drink it."

A classic Saison style, it features a cloudy appearance derived from wheat. The aroma offers spicy notes reminiscent of cloves and black pepper, complemented by a subtle hint of white grape. With its relatively strong bitterness and crisp, dry mouthfeel, it is a satisfying beer for any season.

Produced using the method of bottle conditioning, its complexity increases as it ages. Over time, you may begin to notice notes of white floral bouquets, aromas from wild fermentation, and gentle acidity, or even hints of "umami." One of its charms is how its character evolves day by day.
