The SANAGI series is ANTELOPE's project to cultivate our "future classics." Centered on domestic honey, we are carefully building the flavors we believe in today, without rushing to completion. Each bottle of SANAGI is like a "chrysalis"—a work in progress on its way to becoming a staple.

The strength of mead lies not only in its taste but also in its wide range of alcohol content. Being able to choose the right one for your mood, physical condition, or the occasion is what I believe makes mead so appealing. This freedom of choice is its true charm.

Crafted with organically grown lemons and peppermint from Hiroshima, along with a hint of bergamot, we brew this mead using water with the same quality as the sea in Onomichi. We’ve tailored it to evoke the clean, gentle scenery of the area. Some even say it’s gentle on those with hay fever.
