The strength of mead lies not only in its taste, but in its wide range of alcohol content. Being able to choose the right one for your mood, physical condition, or the occasion is what makes it special. I believe that freedom of choice is the true appeal of mead.
This mead was crafted with those who joined the festival to celebrate ANTELOPE's sixth anniversary. We surveyed everyone on the ingredients they wanted to use, and based on the most popular requests, we chose kumquat, green tea, and rose. With ingredients gathered evenly from north to south, it has become a sweet mead that captures the essence of spring in Japan.
