Papan / Plum, Cinnamon, and Cacao Nib Mead
＜Product Description＞
A sweet and tart mead that tastes like plum juice, made using plums from Yamanashi Prefecture. With an alcohol content of 4%, it is very light and refreshing.
Since the tartness of the plums alone can be one-note, we added a hint of cinnamon and cacao nibs to create a more complex flavor profile.
Enjoy a glass of Papan while scrolling on your phone after a bath. If it gets a little warm, feel free to add ice. Once you’re feeling relaxed, it’s time for bed. The lingering summer heat continues, but let's end each day on a good note.
*Please store bottles upright, not on their sides. Also, please keep refrigerated.
