Le Dessin '24 / Osmanthus and Mandarin Mead
<Product Description>
We created layers of fragrance by adding Uwajima mandarin oranges to mead infused with fresh osmanthus flowers.
Rather than making minor adjustments, we took a slightly bolder approach. We added a touch of orange honey at the end to provide a sweet finish. It has an autumn-like aroma and sweetness, followed by a pleasant acidity that lingers comfortably in the throat. This is a delightful sensation.
This is a mead with a light and gentle character. It’s perfect for when you want to take a breather and unwind.
