Jichi Mead / Shiga-grown Rye Mead
＜Product Description＞
"Jichiku" (Autonomous Zone) is a long-term program where members who live independently and govern themselves within the city where they work and reside engage in various activities at irregular intervals in different locations.
We know that even a grid that appears uniform can take on entirely different meanings depending on the angle or how it is cropped. The honey used this time is from Seto, and the rye is from Shiga. Ingredients we gathered ourselves, fermented with our own hands. A sake packed with such luxury. It has a viscosity reminiscent of soba-yu (buckwheat noodle water), with a light body and a pleasantly acidic flavor.
