<Product Description>
A chocolate mead created in collaboration with "Un Son Doux pâtisserie," a new French confectionery and bean-to-bar shop opening in Kyoto.
Through repeated trial and error, we had them craft a special chocolate perfectly suited for mead, which we then carefully emulsified and blended with the mead.
Inspired by French regional pastries, we combined the chocolate with star anise and bay leaf. The sweet aroma is followed by the gentle, herbal nuance of the bay leaf, which pairs perfectly with the chocolate.

Please observe the following three points:
1. Keep refrigerated both before and after opening
2. Do not shake vigorously
3. Store upright, not on its side
