Adam Ådan
We took a simple mead, dry-hopped it twice, and steeped it with Madagascar vanilla. It was a moment that reminded me of my 25-year-old self, back when I was obsessed with studying nothing but hops.
I’m certain you’ll recognize this scent. It uses a classic amount of dry hops and a classic approach to vanilla, but the taste when it hits your palate is sure to be something different. This bottle is packed with the youth of young Tanizawa—back when I was studying with a pure passion, thinking about how interesting alcohol is and how much more I wanted to express through it.
