SANAGI 4 - Mini (4%): A light, sweet-and-sour mead made exclusively with mandarin orange honey from Yo-ho-ya in Shizuoka. A catchy choice that even those who aren't fond of alcohol can enjoy.

SANAGI 8 - Ao (8%): Crafted with honey harvested in Futamata, infused with spicebush (kuromoji) from Shimane and lime from Awaji Island. Its fresh aroma and subtle bitterness create new pairings with chocolate, spices, and ethnic cuisine.

SANAGI 12 - Supper (12%): Using the same ingredients and fermentation process as "Mini," this mead offers a completely different profile, characterized by its acidity and dry finish. Discover the richness of mead beyond sweetness as a perfect companion for a meal.

With three alcohol levels—4%, 8%, and 12%—the freedom to choose based on your mood or the occasion is the true charm of mead.

The glass features a wider opening than a standard champagne glass to better capture the delicate fragrance of domestic honey. It is a commemorative piece engraved with the anniversary date.

The pin badges feature our three former staple meads: "This is it," "What Churchill Said," and "The Last Supper." These were created as commemorative items during a year of major transition, as we shifted from using honey from Myanmar to domestic honey.
