This is the first craft beer produced by ANTELOPE.

The first in the "Gout" series, created with the slogan "Beer you'll want to drink even if you have gout."

It has an orthodox saison style and is characterized by a cloudy color derived from wheat. The aroma is spicy, with notes of cloves and black pepper, and a hint of white grapes. It has a relatively strong bitterness and a crisp, dry mouthfeel, making it a satisfying drink for all seasons.

Since we use a secondary fermentation method in the bottle, the complexity of the flavor increases as it ages.
